Position: Loan Pipeline Manager

Position Responsibilities:
Ongoing (daily, weekly, monthly) review of assigned regional pipelines
Weekly communication with business partners to discuss pipeline challenges and opportunities.
Able to provide reporting analytics and presentations upon request.
Ensure loans are progressing through the mortgage process at desired pace and in accordance with Brokerage policy and processes
Establish and maintain a good relationship with other departments
Own the oversight of transactions for a region(s) from Application through closing
Participate in weekly meetings with Regional Manager
Provide Summary of trending items to leadership team

Proficient in excel (some VBA / SQL experience a plus)
Proficient in power point
Pipeline management leadership experience (Project Management experience a plus)
knowledge of mortgage products and end to end life cycle
Ability to manage time, prioritize and plan accordingly
Proven ability to meet individual and organizational goals within a production environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
