$12 - $18 hourly

Loan Processing

• Internal QC audits
• Process incoming title policies and commitments. Ensure original documents are delivered to the correct loan support or officer
• Perform daily loan maintenance requests and review completed maintenance from loan support functions, such as extensions, renewals, rate changes, etc. (bookkeeping dept)
• Post Upload/New Loan Review-correct terms, codes, etc.
• Collateral Management as needed

Escrows/Insurance

• Maintain escrow invoices and tax statements. Send payments as needed
• Review Tax Statements/Insurance Billings and Sparak report for accuracy- verifying they have the most recent account number/property address/correct amount
• Monitor the following Escrow Disbursement Reports: Escrow Taxes Coming Due, Escrow Insurance Due, Insurance not due for > 12 months, Insurance paid > 12 months ago, Escrow Balances, Escrow Loan Analysis
