TheLoan Officer Assistant will be responsible for supporting a top producing Loan Officer with daily marketing, administrative and inside sales tasks. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated and outgoing professional, who works well in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will be willing to go the extra mile to support the overall goals of the team, in efforts to help take the team to the next level!
Marketing and Administrative Support:
- Assists the Loan Officer with any administrative, marketing, and scheduling needs as assigned.
- Assist with marketing tasks, to include:
- Monthly mailers
- Email campaigns
- Preparing Loan Officer for classes
- Making outbound calls to past clients
- Post-closing customer service campaigns
- Sending thank you cards/gifts
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for Loan Officer.
- Email monitoring
Assisting in Mortgage Loan Process:
- Communicating with current and future clients
- Assisting clients with starting the loan process
- Database management
- Scheduling and confirming appointments and assisting with any last-minute conflicts as needed
Other:
- Administrative duties to include, but not limited to, fax, copying, scanning, filing and typing correspondences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Mortgage industry experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Encompass experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities (often with short deadlines)
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving and organization skill set with an emphasis on customer service
