Self Gen Loan Officers and Producing Branch Managers Needed. Currently looking for individuals to fill Mortgage Loan Originator and Branch Manager positions in most major cities of Texas, Georgia and Mississippi. Interested candidates must have experience as a Self Generating Loan Originator or are currently acting as a Branch or Sales or Area Manager Currently!! We are a Boutique Brokerage with over 50 plus wholesale lenders and 100 plus commercial lenders.

Responsibilities of the Mortgage Loan Officers and or Branch Managers

Able to create own self gen business thru realtors, social media, and networking.

Build rapport with new and existing clients.

*
Analyze financial situations and determine the appropriate loan product to meet our client’s goals.

*
Lock the loan at the point of sale, review loan estimates with clients, request initial documents from the client.

*
Must have experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager or are acting as a Loan Officer currently for at least 1 year

*
NMLS License required - Also State Licensing required - Must have taken and passed the MLO SAFE exam

*
1-year mortgage sales experience

Compensation for the Mortgage Branch Managers and Loan Officers will be determined by experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
