They are looking for high performing Loan officers to join their dynamic team in Texas.
Location: 100% remote
Comp: 1-1.375% commission + profit sharing + team overrides. Sign-on bonus's are offered for high performers leaving commission behind. Top performers earning $300k+
Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience
- $1.5M per month
- Referral driven, able to be self sustaining
- Experience working with Builders or having network of realtors is nice to have
