- Mechanical knowledge and ability

- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Assist in loading raw materials, operating a front end loader, and assisting in maintenance and clean up for the production of materials
- Assist in loading mulch, topsoil, rock, etc. with front end loader
- Inspect material piles daily
- Other miscellaneous duties include but not limited to; general labor, shoveling, and general housekeeping
- Comply with all safety regulations, maintain work areas and adhere to OSHA safety guidelines
- Maintain clean work enviroment
- Ability to be organized and thorough
