Qualifications: Operator will pull products from the machine and carefully move it from one end to another. Products moving are baskets, tubs, racks or containers. No machine operator exp. required but helpful. Will utilize a pallet jack, forklift or mini crane based on the size and weight of item. Will be doing multiple projects, shelving, and storing products, extensive walking, bending, lifting, and stooping. Must be available to train on the 1st shift for 2 or 3 months before being released to work on the shift that was originally offered to you.
- Place customer parts onto, into or out of baskets, tubs, racks, or other containers as required.
- Notify the HIP Operator, Supervisor, or manager of any unusual problems.
- This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory.
- May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc.
- Other tasks and/or duties as assigned for the position.
Physical & Mental Demands:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
- Practices safety and good housekeeping.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop and reach to perform functions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand, and follow rules and procedures.
Hourly Pay: $20/hr. with a 10% shift differential for (3rd shifts & 6pm to 6am).
Hours/Shift: 3rd shift & Wknd shift.

- 3rd shift (11:30pm to 7:30am) Mon thru Fri.
- Wknd: Fri, Sat & Sun (6am to 6pm) - or - (6pm to 6am)plus weekend premium pay of 8 extra hours.
