Benefits for Interim Licensed Administrator:

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000

Responsibilities of the Interim Licensed Administrator:

• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing services to enhance residents' quality of life and care
• Uphold residents' dignity and privacy, ensuring consistent care and empathy
• Maintain facility safety in compliance with OSHA standards
• Contribute to the success of the facility's Strategic Plan
• Regular reporting to the Board on facility performance
• Mentor for the Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program

Qualifications for Interim Licensed Administrator:

• Experience in rural/tribal settings is preferred
• Must hold a Nursing Home Administrator License registered in New Mexico
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related management experience in long-term care facilities
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college
• Demonstrated financial management skills with a proven track record of success
• Experience reporting to Nonprofit Boards is advantageous
