Responsibilities of the Interim Licensed Administrator:
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing services to enhance residents' quality of life and care
- Uphold residents' dignity and privacy, ensuring consistent care and empathy
- Maintain facility safety in compliance with OSHA standards
- Contribute to the success of the facility's Strategic Plan
- Regular reporting to the Board on facility performance
- Mentor for the Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program
Qualifications for Interim Licensed Administrator:
- Experience in rural/tribal settings is preferred
- Must hold a Nursing Home Administrator License registered in New Mexico
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related management experience in long-term care facilities
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college
- Demonstrated financial management skills with a proven track record of success
- Experience reporting to Nonprofit Boards is advantageous
