Job Overview
Under the direction of the Behavioral Health Clinic Director, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is responsible for performing psychological assessments and providing brief evidenced-based treatment using the primary care behavioral health model to adults, older adults, children and their families in a primary care setting. This licensed clinician works closely with primary care providers to develop and implement sound treatment plans. Responds to and provides crisis intervention services when needed; Ensures behavioral health services are delivered in a culturally appropriate fashion and is consistent with State of California laws and regulations, professional standards of care, agency guidelines, and professional ethical guidelines.
CCWSG provides clinical and non-clinical staffing support to PACE centers across the country; we are the nation’s exclusive provider of non-medical, in-home caregivers for the elderly enrolled in PACE programs. Currently, we have over 2,600 caregivers supporting patients in their homes through PACE.
