We are actively hiring a Clinician to join our friendly, energetic organization. We are an organization that places integrity, sincerity, and thoroughness at the forefront of our services. No more fluctuating pay based on client retention/cancellations. We understand how frustrating it can feel with client cancellations. That is why we pay our clinicians a salary not based on productivity. Salary is derived on a tier system which reflects the number of clients serviced. Minimum caseload is 27, maximum being 33. Clinicians will have the responsibility and privilege to create their own schedule with our administrative staff. Cleansing Conversations will assign clients and handle all administrative
tasks. We offer ongoing group consultation with other clinicians in our group.
We are seeking an experienced, communicative, and compassionate therapist to join our team and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our clients. In this role, you will work directly with clients to actively listen to problems and concerns and suggest healthy and productive ways of coping with those issues. This role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people not just with clients, but also with other members of our team and occasionally outside agencies.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans
- Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy sessions.
- Conduct regular appointments with clients who wish to converse with a mental health professional
- Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
- Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations
- Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments
- Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary
- Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits
- When required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation
- Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, Social work or similar field
- Active and unrestricted professional California License with BBS (Board of Behavioral
Science) - Maintain active liability/malpractice insurance.
- Familiar with Telehealth services and HIPPA guidelines
- Meet all necessary state licensure requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen
- Solid relationship-building capabilities
- A positive and compassionate attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs
- Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field
- Passion for advancing the therapy field
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Our Manager of Operations will support, guide the therapist through the training segment of Cleansing Conversations including necessary paperwork/documentation, calendar development, philosophies, etc.
