Livestream Sales Associate - Beauty & Fashion

As the company experiences exponential growth, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our diverse live streaming team. You will be the face of our live shopping channels on TikTok, representing globally renowned fashion and beauty brands. Your role will involve presenting and introducing products to viewers on TikTok Live, solidifying our presence in the digital marketplace.

This is a great opportunity for aspiring models, actors, and influencers to work with global brands, showcase their talents and expand their reach in the competitive fashion and beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Live streaming: You will be hosting a brand’s live streaming channel on Tik Tok for 1-2 sessions per day (minimum 2hrs each time), promoting branded fashion/beauty/wigs products at our studios in NYC.
• Short videos: You will produce creative short videos for our TikTok brand account weekly.
• Sales & E-commerce: You will be sales-oriented, use innovative tactics & have the excellent product knowledge to make sales on TikTok Shop via Livestream. Also, you will brainstorm with our marketing team to produce more creative and unique ways of presenting. The commission could be paid based on your sales performance.

Requirement:

• Confident presenter and comfortable in front of cameras
• Talkative, skilled in communications, high coordination, and willing to put in effort
• Familiar and present on social media including TikTok, Instagram or Youtube. Tik Tok influencers preferred
• Extensive knowledge and passion for fashion and beauty industry
• Experience in fashion/beauty retail or e-commerce preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's preferred (current students are also encouraged to apply)

Compenstation and Benefits:

• Salary: $30.00-$70.00 per hour, with commission

Audition Video:

• Length: 30 seconds
• Content: The video should begin with a brief self-introduction, followed by a showcase of a beauty or fashion product that you are passionate about. Feel free to introduce a lipstick or a beauty product you own; this will allow us to assess your presenting and selling skills.
• Audition video submission: we will be in contact for you to submit this video after reviewing your resume

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
