Job Summary:
Step into the spotlight as a Social Media Personality - Live Selling Associate specializing in Women's Shoes with J. Adams Shoes. This role transcends ordinary boundaries, encompassing the world of online media, Live Selling, and the cultural resonance of our "Shoes For Dinner" initiative. This part-time onsite position in Chino, CA offers flexible hours while maintaining a consistent weekly schedule. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, including Saturdays. With no cap on earnings, this position has the potential to be quite lucrative through a competitive commission structure. The selection process includes a quick initial interview over Zoom, followed by a second in-person group interview where you'll be expected to demonstrate your selling and live presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inject your unique personality into live online sales sessions, creating an engaging and culturally resonant experience for viewers.
- Amplify our women's shoe products with your distinctive flair, highlighting the "Shoes For Dinner" initiative, and potentially expanding into other product categories.
- Cultivate a dedicated community of viewers and prospective buyers through active and culturally relevant social media engagement.
- Foster an interactive, lively atmosphere, engaging with customers, addressing queries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages during live sessions.
- Facilitate customer orders, manage payments, and maintain precise product listings.
- Prepare and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring customers receive the Women's Shoes they purchased during the live sessions.
- Assist with order shipping and fulfillment as needed.
- Stay updated on trends and inventory to better guide and assist customers.
- Develop and execute culturally resonant social media strategies to enhance our online presence and grow our devoted following.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.
- Proficient in social media platforms, with a keen sense of cultural relevance and the ability to build a dedicated following.
- Proven track record in cultivating a social media following that resonates culturally.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms, basic data entry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous entry-level job experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of the women's shoe industry and fashion trends.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and customer demands.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Saturdays.
