Job Title: Live Role Player for Military Training (OPFOR, Partner Force, and Foreign National Civilian Roles)

Overview: Human Domain Solutions (HDS) seeks dedicated and experienced Live Role Players to support the AFSPECWAR training course. This role is essential for creating realistic, scenario-based training exercises to prepare our forces for diverse operational environments. The selected individuals will portray various roles including Opposing Forces (OPFOR), Partner Force members, and Foreign National Civilians within simulated military settings. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the readiness and effectiveness of our military personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portray different characters such as OPFOR, Partner Force members, and foreign nationals accurately to enhance the realism of the training scenarios.
• Follow detailed scripts and respond to dynamic situations in character, adapting to the evolving needs of the training exercise.
• Work closely with military personnel and instructors to provide realistic training interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding scenarios and training tactics.
• Provide post-exercise feedback to trainees and instructors from the perspective of the portrayed roles.

Qualifications:

• Must have prior military experience, preferably in combat infantry or as a marksman.
• Previous deployment experience in Iraq or Afghanistan is required.
• Knowledge of INDOPACOM (Indo-Pacific Command) nations and their cultures, languages, and political landscapes is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and act convincingly in a variety of scenarios.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform in outdoor settings under various conditions.
• Availability from 24 March to 30 March with flexibility for various hours and potential night operations.
