Live-In LPN (Housing included)

THIS IS A HOUSE/RESIDENTIAL ALF IS LOCATED IN SPRING HILL, FL LICENSED FOR 5-6 RESIDENTS.

GROUP HOME OR RESIDENTIAL ASSISTED LIVING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

MUST HAVE A VALID IN-PERSON CPR CARD

MUST BE GOOD AT RUNNING THE HOUSE COOKING, CLEANING, PASSING MEDS, ANSWERING CALLS, AND CAREGIVING

MUST BE CORE TRAINED OR WILLING TO BECOME CORE TRAINED

Pay is based on experience. A 5-6 bed assisted living facility in Spring Hill Florida is hiring a manager. If you are looking for a full-time or part-time role, have ALL of the required qualifications, and your credentials are up to date, we encourage you to apply. You will participate in patient-centered care and performs clerical and cleaning functions that support operations. Travelers are welcome! (Must already be licensed in Florida already)

To succeed in our high-energy, high-reward environment, you MUST understand that this is a small community which means the Janitor, Chef, Med Tech, Emergency Manager, Activity Facilitator, and Admission staff are an all-in-one role that you will need to master. Training will be provided.

MUST HAVE:

• In-Person CPR Card (IN-PERSON, NOT ONLINE)
• 2 forms of Photo ID
• USA Citizenship or authorization to work
• Willingness to complete 2 hours of Pre-Service in person (usually during your 1st interview visit)
• Willingness to complete several hours of In-Service Trainings online
• Core Training or willingness to become core trained in a timely manner
