We are currently looking for a live-in house parent! Applicants are required to provide a nurturing and stable environment for the youth. They will assume all normal parental duties and responsibilities for youth and home, including, but not limited to: providing 24 hour supervision for youth, cooking, cleaning, transporting to and from school and appointments, administration of medication and documentation, shopping; assist the children in meeting the goals and objectives of their individual service plans, promote the physical and emotional well-being of the children, and other designated duties within reason.
House parent will live rent-free in their own private room, which is a master suite, that includes their own bathroom and walk-in closet. The group home will pay for all utilities, and internet service. This is a great opportunity to save money while earning a living.
Applicants must be able to pass a level 2 background screen. Training will take place as a shift staff employee before transitioning to full time house parent.
Pay structure:
Day Rate: $118/day (weekdays, weekends optional)
Bi-Weekly Pay

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
