****This is an on-site manager position with rotating weekends off & free rent, food and all household bills paid***. You will be responsible for taking care of elderly seniors in a beautiful spacious 10 bed home in a very clean/quiet neighborhood in San Marcos. Must have clean background and be drug free.

Pay range is $2,000-$2,400 per month DOE. Position is tax exempt and salaried. Only serious and available individuals will be considered.

We are seeking caring, responsible and compassionate individuals to join our team of Direct Support Professionals/Care Givers for seniors. The On-Site Manager is primarily responsible for providing assistance with the daily living activities of our residents, such as bathing, grooming and meal preparation.

Our mission is to provide seniors with amazing, personalized care in home environments or an assisted living community. We are seeking to immediately hire dedicated, trust worthy and caring people to join us. New Hire orientation starts each week on Thursday and training is provided.

Job Summary:
The on-site operations manager acts as a home care giver. You will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in a home environment, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Provide on-site direct care and support to residents in the homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior
- Follow all resident rights policies and procedures
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments

- Assist residents who are incontinent with toileting, and changing briefs to avoid skin integrity issues

Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with home care systems and procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices is beneficial
- First aid certification is desirable
