LIVE-IN CAREGIVER NEEDED IN MARYLAND
Looking to save on rent? 2-Bedroom Private Apartment for a full-time caregiver in West Friendship MD.
We are currently looking for Caregivers who:
Have some experience providing personal care in an assisted living setting, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Are dedicated, compassionate, upbeat and trustworthy. Enjoy being part of a team.
You will be one of four caretakers responsible for up to fifteen residents. We have reasonable work expectations because we want you to put the residents first.
```Responsibilities```
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Implement behavior management strategies for residents with challenging behaviors
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
