Senior Helpers is looking for Live in CHHA’s to join their growing team in Ocean County NJ!
Responsibilities and Duties
The HHA will be asked to perform some of the following duties:
- Transportation (errands, appointments, etc.)
- Meal preparation and planning
- Light housekeeping/ Laundry
- Medication reminders
- Activities of daily life as needed ( bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and ambulation assistance
- Qualifications and Skills
Live in HHA position requirements:
- 1 year experience as a Companion or CNA/HHA
- 2 step PPD (2 injections and 2 readings) within the last 12 months OR a chest X-ray within the last 2 years
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle in which candidate is listed on the insurance policy
- Social security card
- Certification documentation ( NJ CHHA License)
- High School Diploma
- Live In Experience (staying with a client in their home for 24 hours for multiple days or weeks at a time)
