$17 - $18 per hour
Includes: Murfreesboro, TN
RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not Limited to):
· Receive and stage a variety of Outdoor Plants in areas designated by store
· Display plants per the store approved Plan-O-Gram (POG)
· Assist store in watering / developing a watering plan with the floral department
· Ensure proper signage is in place
· Maintain a Safe and Clean display area
· Remove and record unsaleable plant material
· Email photos and summary of tasks performed upon completion of service call
· Develop a positive working relationship with store managers and associates
· Document every visit with notes and pictures using the Repsly app
REQUIREMENTS:
· Smart phone
· Able to lift 15-20 lbs. repetitively on occasions
· Dependable transportation
· Understand and follow a Plan-O-Gram
· Outgoing and able to interact with store personnel and customers
· Merchandising Experience preferable; will train those with a positive attitude
· Document every visit with notes and pictures using the Repsly app
OTHER:
· Dates: Starts immediately
· Flexible hours; vary by store assignment(s)
· Competitive hourly pay; paid bi-weekly

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
