WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

• You will answer telephones, complete data entry, greet visitors and sort mail.
• Assist with administrative duties in the facility (i.e. HR, Purchasing, Safety, Live Operations, etc.).
• Compile data and generate weekly reports for management.
• Maintain files of all required forms and paperwork.
• Maintain confidential files and records.
• All other relevant duties as assigned. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...

• Ideally you'll have similar work experience within a live operations setting. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced technology and computer skills, with advanced Excel skills.

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...

• You will work in a typical office setting within a manufacturing facility.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
