WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
- You will answer telephones, complete data entry, greet visitors and sort mail.
- Assist with administrative duties in the facility (i.e. HR, Purchasing, Safety, Live Operations, etc.).
- Compile data and generate weekly reports for management.
- Maintain files of all required forms and paperwork.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
- Ideally you'll have similar work experience within a live operations setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced technology and computer skills, with advanced Excel skills.
THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...
- You will work in a typical office setting within a manufacturing facility.
