Job Description
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their Litigation and IP Practice Group in their Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle litigation experience, including trial experience.

Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining case files;
- Assisting with legal research and fact investigations;
- Assisting with document collection, organization and review;
- Drafting, proofreading, and cite checking a variety of legal documents;
- Assisting all aspects of discovery and trial preparation including, but not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining document databases;
- Coding documents;
- Creating and maintaining document logs;
- Preparation of witness binders, and deposition and trial exhibits;
- Logistical support arrangements for depositions, hearings and trials
- The ideal candidate will be available for overtime and travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent work experience.
- Cite checking
- Experience working on complex litigation matters pending in state or federal courts
- Basic understanding of federal and state civil procedural rules
- Software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Relatively, Opus, Westlaw, Lexis Nexis
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work and problem solve efficiently and independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to master working knowledge of litigation databases and other electronic litigation tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to proofread and polish work product
