A Clermont Family Law Attorney is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Experience in insurance coverage is a plus, as are writing and research skills. The firm handles a wide variety of litigation and coverage cases, including premises liability cases, auto and worksite accident cases, product liability cases, and construction defect cases. Duties include, and the associate will gain immediate experience with:

• Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Sending and responding to discovery
• Reviewing documents and conducting legal research
• Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
• Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
• Analysis of insurance coverage issues
