RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a Top Real Estate team in Utah. We provide agents the tools to find the most up to date information to help buyers and sellers during the real estate sales process in any market.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM AGENTS:
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business (3 hours).
- Follow our proven process and model.
- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM.
- Manage communication and documentation by using our CRM & Technology platforms.
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients.
- Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
- Provide clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Team players to establish long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented leaders and agents.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed in real estate
- Can handle high levels of rejection
- Have income goals of $200K+
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
