Responsibilities:
- Acquire new listings and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and develop competitive listing prices
- Create and maintain accurate and appealing property descriptions and marketing materials
- Oversee and coordinate property showings and open houses
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on market trends and changes in the real estate industry
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resources, and support each other's success
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms
- Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Active real estate license in Viriginia is required
