We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product information
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are neatly displayed
- Perform inventory management tasks such as receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of the store by regularly cleaning shelves, counters, and display areas
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
