We are looking for a friendly, productive, organized individual to maintain existing accounts and bring in new business through phone calls and emails. B2B sales experience is necessary!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective account management
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify potential sales opportunities
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Qualifications
