Linen Attendant - Part Time

Sanders Beach Rentals is a luxury property management company with over 20 years in business on beautiful 30-A (Santa Rosa Beach, FL). We are a company that believes good work matters and is found in the details. Our FL office is currently seeking a Part Time/seasonalLinen Attendant. This position does have the ability to move into a full time permanent position.
The primary responsibility of the Linen Attendant is to ensure that linens are clean and available for use by housekeepers and others. Work duties must be performed while complying with Sanders Beach Rentals safety standards and security procedures. This position is responsible for inventory, assembly and distribution of all linens and guest amenities. All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and excellent guest service while upholding the gold star standard set by Sanders Beach Rentals. The Linen Attendant reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping.
What You Will Do:

• Report inventory needs of linens for upcoming schedule
• Stock the linen shelves with clean linens and empty dirty linens into bins for pick up
• Work with Manager to ensure supplies are stocked for linen bag packing
• Roll sheet sets
• Pack linen bags (sheets, towels and amenities) upcoming cleanings
• Disperse linens to cleaners
• Assist with in-house laundry as needed during deep-cleaning season
• Coordinate with vendor for laundry pick up and deliveries
• Deliver stock inventory and linens and various other items as needed to homes
• Keep laundry bays clean and organized and ensuring safety guidelines are being met
• Keep cleaning chemicals and caddies stocked for cleaners
• Receive and organize lost and found items
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work flexible hours and required set schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday of each week
• Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 30lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
