- We are looking for new or experienced Cable construction Lineman and multiple ground hands to join our team. Pay negotiable depending on experience level. Pay scale shown is assuming hourly and not production. Minimum pay reflects no experience. Max pay reflects very experienced. Pay is flexible and competitive dependent on experience and will also reflect performance. Pay can be arranged to be w2 hourly or 1099 production. ie. Perform well, get paid more. Get jobs done quick with no mistakes and damages, earn that raise..
- Looking for at least someone that is fresh out of lineman school. Not interested in someone looking for a career change from fast food etc. This is a trade job that requires a certain work ethic. Job requirements and expectations are simple, clear, and should be easy to fulfill. Job Duties include all aspects of Aerial Cable Construction, including but not limited to Print/Elevation understanding, bucket truck, ladder, pole climbing operation, strand, coax, fiber, lashing, framing, transfer, finishing and maintenance.
- Truck, Tools, Misc Equipment, and materials provided. Climbing gear and specialty/personal tools can be arranged if applicant does not already have their own.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
