Form of work
SalaryLine Service's primary function is to fuel aircraft, but will also include moving, cleaning, tugging airplanes, staff support, plus vehicle and facility maintenance. This is a full time position.
Job Duties:
- Shift lead position, overseeing compliance with shift checklists and department SOP’s
- Assist with training of new staff
- Fueling aircraft
- Towing aircraft
- Cleaning aircraft
- Facility maintenance
- Preventive vehicle maintenance
- Safety management system input
- Working outside all weather
- Facility cleaning including bathrooms
Qualifications/Licenses:
- Valid US driver license
Required Skills/Experience
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills required
- Basic vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have good communication skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Line Service experience is preferred; but, not required.
- Supervisory or project management experience preferred.
Job Conditions:
Line Service personnel are required to work in all weather conditions, on an active aircraft ramp, and in a hangar/workshop environment. Safety gear is sometimes required.
