- M Sushi Cary is hiring full time experienced sushi chef/line cooks.
- Sushi chef requires experience in rolls and experience in sashimi and nigiri is preferred but not required.
- Line cook requires at least 1 year of experience in fast paced fine dining restaurant with both hot and cold food.
- Job is full time 40-50 hours with overtime pay.
- High level of pace, high level of execution, attention to detail, and clean as you go mentality.
- Other responsibilities include but not limited to cleanliness, organization, equipment maintenance, security, and communication.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
