Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill. We are looking for someone with four years experience in a full service restaurant. Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment. We're especially interested in candidate with experience in grilling and brunch. Looking for full time (40 hours) as well as part time with flexible hours that covers days, evenings and weekends. Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by Chef, especially grilling, sauté, frying and (pizza skills a plus). Must be able to cook several dishes at once. Must be able to plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at same time. Submit resume detailing your experience. Hired candidates will be able to start ASAP.
