- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe development is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
