With nearly three decades of experience as a restaurateur, Mike's talent for creating exceptional dining experiences is evident at YOT. From sky to sea, his impressive background includes operating Jet Runway Café and Silver Lining Inflight Catering. YOT not only offers remarkable dining but also yacht provisioning and event production, elevating the experience even further.
