Line Cook (Part-time)

The Brunch Club Dover is looking for part time kitchen staff! We have been much busier than expected and are looking for motivated fun-loving people to join our team. Experience is preferred, but we can absolutely train anyone who has a passion. This position would be part time with mainly weekends, and some week day shifts ranging from 16-32 hours a week.

Who are we? The Brunch Club is owned by 26-year-old Connor McNamara from Hampton, A 10-year veteran of the hospitality industry. I have lead teams of 10-50 employees at both corporate and family-owned restaurants across the seacoast and have branched out to fulfill my dreams of opening my own restaurant. The Brunch club is going to be Dover’s newest breakfast and lunch joint focused on serving up classic menu items with fun twists. We plan to be a fun and welcoming environment for all to gather and enjoy quality food, drinks, and friendships.

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare menu items to specifications

-prep food product according to recipes

-clean and restock kitchen as needed

-assist with dishes

-help create weekly rotating specials

-ya know the other general kitchen responsibilities anywhere
