Line Cook Duties Include:
- Sizzle up some seriously delicious dishes from scratch, flawlessly following our recipes
- Juggle multiple pans at once like the kitchen master you are
- Stay on top of standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- Cook up meats, seafood, veggies, and other grub using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Maintain a sparkling clean and tidy workspace, following all the sanitization and food handling standards
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone with at least two years of experience cooking up a storm in a busy kitchen
- A team player with top-notch communication skills
- A trooper who can stand for 8+ hours at a time
- Someone who can lift up to 50 pounds without breaking a sweat
- A kitchen all-star who has a keen eye for quality food presentation and great sanitation practices
- A true culinary professional with killer knife skills and a insatiable desire to keep learning
