The menu comprises classic items with a modern twist, including a diverse selection of appetizers, gourmet burgers featuring all-natural, carrot-fed Angus beef burgers from Santa Carota, signature plates, innovative salads, and delectable desserts. Unlike any other, Santa Carota beef is a California Angus raised almost exclusively on a diet of carrots, a decision for a healthier, tastier, and happier burger that is Hormone free, antibiotic-free, and GMO free.
