We are seeking a professional Line Cook who has a passion for creating delicious food. This position requires someone who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment and who takes direction well. An ideal candidate is able to multitask effectively, is a self-starter and has their own creative ideas about how to improve our dishes.

Job responsibilities:
- Line cooks prepare fresh made food in accordance to established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures.
- Must have a commitment to food safety, cleanliness, proper food handling, and sanitation standards.
- Follow established opening, closing and cleaning schedules.
- Maintain a clean and food-safe environment.
- Prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
- Assess stock levels of ingredients, items for freshness and quality, rotating product according to food safety standards.
- Prepare orders of food and drinks.
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean, including keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean, stocked, and organized.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
