We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our menu items. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
```Responsibilities:```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and Food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives and other tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
