Job description

Lightspeed/Recreation develops, implements and supports innovative Dealer Management Software and data solutions that help increase lasting profitability across dealership operations for the Powersports, Marine, Marina and RV industries. We help dealers automate non-revenue generating activities, track operations and improve profits by assisting dealers manage their Parts, Service, Sales, Storage, Marina, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Rental. Our solutions are designed to help manage dealer operations by tracking and storing data from every department and delivering information that will assist dealerships in making successful business decisions. The dealer management solutions provided by Lightspeed help the separate departments in a dealership function smoothly together by creating a central data warehouse for inventory levels, ordering, services and customer information.
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the Sales team. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and data integrity of the Sales Force system. The Sales Operations Analyst must be familiar with a variety of sales concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to effectively communicate with internal staff along with current and prospective clients. The Sales Operations Analyst must rely on experience to plan and accomplish goals and tasks with a wide degree of creativity and good judgement is expected.
Position Responsibilities & Essential functions
  • Analyze customer data for potential upgrade sales opportunities.
  • Review and analyze prospect information providing data driven targeted call campaigns and marketing.
  • Helps review sales reports and forecast for increased accuracy.
  • Helps provide data driven strategic sales planning for increase profitability and sales.
  • Reviews and analyze sales pipeline and sales stage processes.
  • Responsible for third party integration account requests
  • Cleanses customer data - address, party merges, etc.
  • Manages all leads (Website and Trade Show) within Salesforce; Converts all leads.
  • Measures sales funnel and lead generation costs.
  • Salesforce Database Administration that supports the entire Sales Team
  • Month End close and YoY growth trends.
  • Finds existing or create new accounts.
  • Runs Customer Stats.
  • Works with sales/during re-alignment to make sure group rep changes are correct for new fiscal year.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.
  • Mass update client accounts, prepare spreadsheets and process, partnering with IT.
  • Account and prospect database administration
  • Third party - Orders, PO's and Sales Force Auditing.
  • Manages the data exchange with our business partners.
  • Provides marketing with data to support mailings and marketing projects.
  • Coordinates with Marketing on analytics and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced reporting and data management in Sales Force and executive team.
  • Collects and reports on Sales performance (Year over Year and Month to Month).
  • eTime maintenance for Sales Dept. - entering vacation, sick, verifying hours & submitting approvals bi-weekly to payroll.
  • Assists other departments with Salesforce reports.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
  • Sales Force and / or other CRM administration experience preferred
  • Technical and detail oriented
  • Ability to gather, review and summarize sales data
  • PowerPoint and Excel experience is required
  • Highly organized and experienced in organizing events and tradeshows

Salary Range - $85,000 - $110,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
