Responsibilities
- Proposals:
- Craft meticulously engineered and estimated proposals for cutting-edge lighting systems.
- Create proposals for sophisticated shading systems.
- Develop precise estimates for fixture packages. In collaboration with project lighting systems, offer alternative solutions to provided fixture packages as needed.
- Engineering:
- Architect and engineer state-of-the-art lighting and shade systems in accordance with signed proposals, design agreements, or scope documents.
- Generate change orders in response to engineering revisions, ensuring seamless project adaptability.
- Review fixture packages to ensure compatibility with the Lighting Control System.
- Collaborate with the CAD Department to adeptly create and deploy precise documentation in alignment with company standards.
- Programming:
- Develop foundational programming for all lighting projects, setting the stage for seamless integration.
- Adapt and modify programming as dictated by on-field requirements, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Innovate and craft custom programming/logic tailored to meet specific project goals and requirements.
- Service:
- Collaborate closely with the service department to meticulously track and fulfill all field-related service requests.
- Provide documentation/support as necessary to field/service staff to complete work.
- Provide the service department with a list of material and labor resources required to complete upcoming service work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Lutron HWI/QS/QSX software.
- Proficiency with Crestron D3 and Crestron Home Software.
- Experience using Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in person and in writing, complemented by a keen attention to detail.

Compensation
Starting pay is $32 per hour with overtime as required at time and a half.
