Tatman’s Towing is the most trusted towing and roadside assistance company in downstate Illinois. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our customers in their times of need, ensuring their safety and peace of mind. We are currently seeking service-oriented individuals with a passion for helping others to join our team as Roadside Service Technicians and Tow Truck Drivers.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Perform battery services, including testing and replacements.
Provide emergency mechanical assistance such as tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockouts.
Ensure exceptional customer service by exceeding customers' expectations in every interaction.
Participate in on-the-job training to acquire essential skills for Towing and recovery operations.
Work closely with seasoned professionals to understand safety protocols and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Valid Illinois driver's license.
Excellent driving record with a commitment to safety.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
