Title: Light Industrial - Warehouse Specialist III
Location: Neenah, WI 54956
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Work Schedule: Day shift; overtime as required. 7 am-3 pm, Monday-Friday ONSITE
Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to support the manufacture and assembly of services that meet or exceed quality specifications at the lowest total delivered cost.

Qualifications and Skill Criteria:
- Ability to safely operate Band Saws, Miter Saws, Table Saws, Painting equipment & Sand Blasting equipment.
- Safety-first mindset. Follow established safety procedures. Participate in the identification and elimination of hazards in the workplace. Properly use and care for PPE. Maintain housekeeping standards in your work area.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and flow to the work as needed.
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics and routings to deliver parts and materials to our customers per their specifications. This will include measuring stock raw material and cutting to the appropriate size.
- Must be able to operate an overhead crane to safely load and unload parts onto equipment.
- Safely operate a horizontal band saw, table saw, and Miter saw.
- Prep crates and skids for shipping and receiving
- Pack assemblies, parts and materials for shipping.
- Safely operate painting equipment.
- Safely operate sandblasting equipment.
