```Duties```
- Drive Tow Truck to designated locations to provide roadside assistance
- Perform automotive repairs and diagnostics as needed
- Operate manual transmission vehicles, including flatbed Tow Trucks
- Load and unload vehicles onto Tow Truck using appropriate equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in distress
- Manage conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
```Qualifications```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record-Light Duty.
-CDL REQUIRED for Heavy Duty Towing-NO RESTRICTIONS
- Experience in automotive repair and diagnostics preferred
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with flatbed and Tow Truck operations
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to handle physical demands of loading and unloading vehicles
