Job Summary:
We're seeking dedicated Lifeline Agent to join our team. As a Lifeline Agent, you'll be responsible for working in the community distributing Free Smartphones with Free Service to eligible applicants through the ACP & Lifeline programs.
Ideal Candidate:
· Passionate about assisting the community.
· Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Punctual, reliable, & self-motivated
· Comfortable working outdoors.
· Works independently while maintaining high productivity.
· Proficient with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and related applications.
· Bilingual in Spanish is required
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage customers in conversation.
· Assist customers in navigating the application process.
· Verify customers’ eligibility and identity documents.
· Activate free cellphones for qualified customers.
· Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
· Work independently and proactively to meet or surpass weekly production quotas.
