REMOTE - LIFEFORCE / FULL-TIME (HOURLY)

Launched in February 2022, the Lifeforce membership combines everything you need to track your key biomarkers and get the insights, tools, coaching, and clinical expertise to be at your best for yourself and the people you care about. One convenient, integrated solution guiding you to the right health-optimization decisions, at the right time.  

Lifeforce was created in partnership with Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis, and M13, some of the biggest influencers in the performance medicine and longevity space (Tony and Peter's recent book on this topic, also called Life Force, is a 2022 NYT best seller). Our model was built alongside scientific advisors from the Cleveland Clinic, Mass General Hospital, Boston University, and Harvard Medical School.  After strong traction in our first year, we're now looking to expand our coaching team. 

As Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the clinical and pharmacy operations team.  You will be focused on supporting the member journey through the Lifeforce diagnostic and telehealth processes. You will do this by ensuring timely and accurate completion of duties related to clinician and member support.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinician Support:
    • Provide troubleshooting and technical support 
    • Manage telehealth calendar including out of office requests
    • Manage manual telehealth scheduling
    • Review telehealth calendar for errors, incorrect scheduling, status changes
Diagnostic Testing Support:
    • Notify diagnostic team of necessary redraws when identified by clinicians
    • Track redraws to ensure completion
    • Assign diagnostic reports to appropriately licensed clinician
    • Ensure timely completion of diagnostic reports
Support Prescription Needs:
    • Partner with treating clinicians to ensure prescriptions are drafted and signed in a timely manner after member subscription
    • Support patient requests for changes to shipping addresses, orders, and refunds
    • Monitor signing of prescriptions by clinicians within SLAs
Operations Support:
    • Collaborate on cross functional team issues
    • Ensure coverage for other team members
    • Escalate clinician and patient issues for resolution
    • Participate in projects as assigned
    • Other duties as assigned
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years working in a clinical setting
    • Experience working in telehealth/remote environment, preferred
    • Strong computer skills; familiarity with G Suite a plus
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Superior documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical practices, laws and regulations
    • Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Top notch customer service and problem-solving skills

Certification Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Diploma, certificate, or associate's degree in medical assisting, or similar.
    • Clinical assistant certification accredited by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) is preferred.
$18.75 - $20.67 an hour
