Life Insurance Sales Agent

Our rapidly expanding financial firm is looking for a full-time Life Insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your goals. $75,000 - $95,000

• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry responses, insurance eligibility, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies
• Grow new business by generating a prospective client base via networking, asking for referrals, and other marketing strategies
• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, continuing education, and monitor insurance portfolios to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Attend training and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner

• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Prior health insurance or Life Insurance experience a bonus
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred

• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person") and a sincere desire to help others
