Job Description
We are seeking a Life, Accident and Health Insurance Sales Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of benefit products to new and existing clients.
- This is a hybrid position. You will be required to work from home, spend time in the office and visit clients.
- This is a 1099 / 100% commission based position.
- First year on target earnings is $50,000 - $60,000 with top agents making $75,000
- Second year on target earnings is $70,000 - $80,000 with top agents making six figures.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell voluntary benefit products to new and existing clients
- Develop and present suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Life, Accident and Health preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
