Responsibilities
• Scheduling appointments utilizing warm leads
• Managing your own schedule/ calendar with appropriate number of appointments
• Attending regularly scheduled team trainings to stay involved and abreast to the agency and industry standards
• Commission Based
• Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
• Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
Qualifications
• Valid insurance license required Or Willingness To Obtain
• Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship
• If unlicensed, the agency will assist in bringing you through the licensing process and pay for your pre-licensing course
• Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
• Prior health insurance or Life Insurance experience a bonus
