Our firm is looking for a licensed Life and/or P and C person who would like to help us grow this division for our firm? We could offer an hourly rate plus commission or a commission only structure. Our firm offers Financial Planning, Taxes, Medicare, P and C, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Mortgages, Tax Resolution, Bookkeeping and Payroll, and Senior Benefits including Long Term Care.
We can get you licensed if you currently are unlicensed. We offer licensing support and full training.
We have multiple prospecting strategies along with the ability to cross sell current clients.
We will help create and develop lead generation systems and provide ongoing training and collaboration.
Use of office space and necessary materials provided.
Finally be able to serve your clients with a wide range of investments and services.
Ability to earn high commissions utilizing concepts and strategies that are not currently available to most insurance agents.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies, and other Firm offered services to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with industry and firm standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Active Insurance License is highly desirable Life license or P & C or both
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
