We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling Life Insurance and annuities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and recommend adjustments or additional coverage as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Life Licensed required and annuity certification optional
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Ability to analyze insurance policies and determine appropriate coverage options for clients
- Knowledge of benefits administration and understanding of HIPAA regulations is preferred
- Medicare sales also available
